Gin Eva by Stefan & Eva

Artisan Mallorca Dry Gin destilled to perfection

Gin Eva’s unique flavour comes from Mallorca juniper berries, botanicals and locally grown citric fruits. All ingredients are distilled in a traditional copper pot still by Eva and Stefan, a Catalan oenologist and a German wine grower.

 

​Gin Eva is available at Niko´s Place.

One of Spain´s best wines produced by a family run winery

The Biniagual Winery is part of the small village of Binigual which consists of 14 houses and a chapel, as well as extensive farmland; it is a self sufficient estate which is perfectly integrated into Mallorca’s marvellous rural surroundings.

Ask for a glass of Biniagual red, white or rose wine at Niko´s Place.

For wine tasting and visit of the winery, please ask reception for reservation. The beautiful tiny village Biniagual is free to visit at any time.

What´s about a jouney through a stunning olive grove? Visit Son Moragues - a place where production of olive oil is celebrated like nowhere else.

Join Uta for a walk through the 700 years old grove, learn about the history of the estate and the olive oil culture in Mallorca.

The tour is followed by an exclusive tasting where you explore all the basics about what makes a good oilve oil good, how to choose it, how to use it etc.

Visits at Son Moargues are only available with reservation in advance.

Dos alquemistas is a new concept of natural waste efficient culinary manufacture, born and raised on the west coast of Mallorca, at Son Moragues, our island heroe, too.

Katja and Kate are thrilled with their olive leaf project, salvaging the leftover leaves of the pruned trees and turning the remains into meaningful & positive culinary blends.

Blends are available for sale at our reception.
