Do I need a Covid certificate for check-in?
► No. The Covid passport is not required on Mallorca.
Are restaurants open?
► Yes. Restaurants and bars in Mallorca open.
Smoking is not allowed on the terraces/tables.
Are shops open?
► Yes. Shopping centres and shops are open.
Can I go to the beach, use the pool & wellness area and do sports?
► All beaches are open, as are golf courses and tennis courts.
The indoor pool is open from 9 am - 8 pm.
The saunas are open from 9am - 8pm.
The fitness room is open from 8am to 7pm.
We offer yoga. Preferably outdoors.
Is there a breakfast buffet?
► Yes. Gloves and disinfectant are available at the buffet.
Will my room be cleaned?
► Yes, your room will be cleaned and disinfected every day and before arrival. Please remember that our staff only enter in your room if no guest is inside. Please advise our reception if you wish to have No service in your room and our cleaning services is from 08.00 – 16.00, If you require another service, please do not hesitate to contact reception one day before.
Do I have to wear face mask?
► On the Balearic Islands, wearing a mouth-nose protection is only compulsory in hospitals, public transport and retirement homes.
